    Joseph Reardon, Executive Director

    Joe began his involvement with Por Cristo in 1988 and has served as executive director of the organization since 1995. Prior to assuming this role, he was the director of development at Weston Jesuit School of Theology and a development officer at Boston College.

    He began his professional career as a congressional aide to Massachusetts Representative Edward Markey. Reardon holds a bachelor’s degree in public administration with a concentration in Economics from Bentley College and a master’s degree in higher education from Boston College.

    Deborah Clark, MA, RN, Director of Medical Services

    Deborah joined Por Cristo as the director of medical services in 2002. A registered nurse with a Masters degree in international administration, she has more than 30 years of work experience in community health and international relief and development. She began her career as a Peace Corps health volunteer in Guatemala in 1980. Clark has lived and worked in Ecuador, Haiti and Russia among other places.

    Lindsey Chase, Director of Development

    Lindsey joined Por Cristo in 2016 as our Director of Development. Before assuming this role, she worked at Family Service of Greater Boston leading their development efforts, and WGBH prior to that.
